Starting from version 26.1, the Translation Steward also supports the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) connector.
The Translation Steward enables efficient translation of metadata in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including descriptions and texts for stories, analytic applications, models, public dimensions, catalog content, and SAP Analytics Hub content.
While SAC provides basic translation capabilities via the translation dashboard, the Translation Steward significantly extends these capabilities by enabling mass processing of SAC objects across multiple languages.
With its centralized dictionary, the Translation Steward ensures consistent terminology and standardized translations across all objects, which is especially valuable in large organizations or complex system landscapes.
In addition, translations can be exported and managed in Excel, allowing for flexible offline editing and integration with external translation processes.
This approach not only improves efficiency and scalability but also guarantees a high level of consistency and quality across all translated content.
Please note that the SAC connector must be licensed separately.
