After installing Performer Suite, you must place the RFC library files in order to establish a connection to SAP BW. You must use one of the two available versions of the RFC library. Although SAP no longer supports the older version, “LIBRFC”, you can continue to use it as it still works. However, we recommend using the newer "NWRFC" library. SAP provides this library as .dll or .lib files. Unfortunately, for legal reasons, we cannot deliver these files with our products. As an SAP customer, you can obtain the necessary files directly from SAP and store them in the Performer Suite installation folder. This process is described on this page.

You will need an S-User to download the required files fom the SAP portal.

Download the latest version of SAP NWRFC SDK (Support Packages and Patches > By Category> Additional Components > SAP NW RFC SDK)
